The Agile Software Development manifesto states:
We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it.Through this work we have come to value:
- Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
- Working software over comprehensive documentation
- Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
- Responding to change over following a plan
Since this was published a lot has been said and done around the word “Agile”, good and bad!
This will be an introductory meetup to the (very broad) subject, covering a bridge between software development and project management methodologies.
